Sales Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to support and elevate our technician sales performance. This individual will play a critical role in improving sales effectiveness, leading our front line field staff, and driving revenue growth through hands-on coaching and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, a passion for mentorship, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to observe, mentor, and provide real-time feedback on sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Teach and reinforce the company’s sales system, helping team members adopt a consistent and effective approach.
  • Help Technicians throughout their day and hold them accountable to Company policies & core values.
  • Analyze sales performance and assist in building development plans for technicians.
  • Serve as a team leader and motivator, setting a strong example and creating a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Be available on-call for select weekends and weekdays, providing guidance and support as needed for field teams.
  • Communicate confidently with customers to assist technicians, clarify value propositions, or help close sales when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with sales trends, customer preferences, and internal process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience coaching or managing sales professionals or technicians.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with various personality types.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings or training sessions.
  • High level of accountability and ability to lead by example.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and adjust schedule based on business needs.
